Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bare Nature, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.

• To cancel, email us at customercare@barenature.co.in with your order ID.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged or defective product received

• Product expired on delivery

3. Refund Process

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

• Once verified, refunds will be Credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or partially consumed food products

• Orders cancelled after dispatch

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

5. Replacement Policy

If a product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on availability.

6. Return Policy

• Customers can return the product within 3 days after receiving the product
• The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered in 5-7 business days
